- OECD DAC published final 2024 ODA statistics in December 2025; this series has not yet been refreshed past FY2023 What to do: This series ends at FY2023 though 2024 statistics exist; do not call it the latest.
- South-South cooperation flows (China, India) partially estimated What to do: Treat China and India flows as estimates, not reported totals.
- The US series ends at FY2023 and predates a structural break: USAID was closed on 1 July 2025 and its residual programming moved to the State Department, after Bangladesh implementing partners were ordered to suspend activity in January 2025. FY2023 levels are history, not the current level What to do: Do not use FY2023 US aid as the current level; the programme structure changed after it.
- ADB, a top-2 multilateral lender to Bangladesh, is folded into 'otherMultilateral' rather than broken out What to do: ADB cannot be read separately here; it sits inside 'other multilateral'.
